Technical difficulty delayed Yaquina Hall’s waiting list over the weekend, which is now open.

We would like to inform you that the 1-bedroom Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Yaquina Hall was scheduled to open at 9 AM on Saturday, March 22, 2025. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected technological glitch, we were unable to open the list on time.

We are pleased to announce that as of 8:45 AM on Monday, March 24, 2025, the waiting list is now open and accepting applications.

To apply, click the “Apply Now” link. Paper applications are also accepted as a reasonable accommodation. Paper applications may be requested by contacting SHA at housing@salemhousingor.com or (503) 588-6368. Applications will not be accepted after 11:59 pm on Sunday, April 13, 2025. Questions may be directed to housing@salemhousingor.com.
