New Entryway Annual and Interim Recertification Process / Resident Update
Salem Housing Authority Residents,
We would like to inform you that Salem Housing Authority has partnered with US Housing Consultants (USHC) on their new process called Entryway to help facilitate the completion of our Annual and Interim Recertifications. In the event that you receive correspondence from Salem Housing Authority or USHC, we kindly request that you exercise due diligence in your communication with them. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
What you need to do if you are selected for recertifications:
Step 1: Contact Information
· Updated cell phone number and email address on record.
· Complete and return the Resident Update Form if your phone number or email has changed.
Step 2: Starting the application process.
· When your application is ready, you will receive a text message from a secure web-based app providing a unique link to your application.
· You can fill out the application on your phone by clicking the link, or you can use the provided case number to access your application at https://Entryway.cc from a computer or any other smart device, such as a tablet, Chromebook, etc.
· Watch the Intro Video that explains the process.
· Upload whatever documentation is needed.
Step 3: Completing your application.
· Connect with an analyst via Zoom to review your responses and answer any questions.
· A Zoom Call or an interview by landline with an analyst to mark the application as complete.
