Request for Proposals (RFP) for Project Based Vouchers (PBVs) - Click for more information.

Opening: 09/05/2023 - Closing: 09/19/2023 4:30 pm (PDT)

Salem Housing Authority requests proposals from property owners and developers for the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program.

PBV proposals are being accepted for up to 25 PBVs per project in existing housing, new construction, or significant rehab projects within the UGB of Salem and Keizer, OR. A total of 100 PBVs are available under this RFP.

Electronic copies of the RFP may be obtained on the SHA website at www.salemhousingor.com/rfp. Hard copies of the RFP may be obtained by appointment only. Appointments can be made by contacting SHA at housing@salemhousingor.com or 503-588-6368 (TTY users please dial 711).
