Effective Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 12:00 am, Salem Housing Authority (SHA) will be accepting applications for the 1 bedroom Englewood East waiting list:

Southfair Apartments Project-Based Vouchers

1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units

Effective Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 12:00 midnight, Salem Housing Authority (SHA) will accept applications for the waiting list for 1-bedroom units at Englewood East Apartments. This housing is limited to households with a Head of Household, Spouse, or Co-Head who is age 62 or over. Applications are accepted from applicants who are age 60+, but applicants must meet the age requirement in order to lease a unit.

Note: Applicants for other SHA waiting lists, including Section 8, are eligible to apply for this and any other SHA programs.
